AI Generated Mars Experience
I used RunwayML, a machine learning program, to train an AI on different NASA data sets. The AI came up with generated images that essentially “do not exist” but are based on real data. The sound you hear is actual sound from Mars that NASA posted publicly.
My goal for this experience was to give people a digitally created, but based on real data, idea of what it is like to be on mars. The planet is something we know exists, and will most likely never see with our own eyes, so creating this experience was fun and unique.
